I got an award today from Anne of Poems, Stories and Humanness. Anne is a storyteller, writes poems and just finished her second book, I am very excited for her, wish I had such talents too. We met on The BlogFrog, there are many things that made her stand out to me, one of them is that she, just like me has lived in the U.A.E. Plus of course I love the fact that she writes books as I do love books lot!

- I have lived in Belgium( Antwerp, Ostend, Wemmel, Braine Le Chateau) ( well I am Belgian LOL), The U.A.E (Abu Dhabi), The U.S.A (Ohio) and currently living in the South of Turkey ( Mersin).

- I live near the beach and am loving it. The sea calms me anytime, so I love my daily, much needed walks. The weather doesn’t matter to me.

- I am a romantic soul, which I sometimes wish I wasn’t.

- I have two teen-aged children that I adore but often drive me up the walls LOL
- I love to design, I am addicted to scrapbooking. I am a exclusive designer at the Digidesignresort.

- I am also addicted to coffee and ( unfortunately) to cigarettes too ( I need to do something about that real soon!)

- I am never bored, I believe that their should be more hours in a day!

- I love to read a good, interesting, a bit romantic book.

I am lucky to be able to draw a straight line and that is where my artistic ability ends! Thank you for the kind words . I was happy to find so much in common and re affirm my belief that the world is indeed a small place. Carolyn and I are following each other now, so thank you for that intro.
